Students are encouraged to pursue a healthy personal schedule marked by good nutrition and regular exercise. The Wildcat Field House is equipped with a fitness center, weight room, yoga room, indoor running track, and gymnasium. Students can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting of the campus by hiking the Roemer Fitness Trail. The recreation staff provides an appealing schedule of intramural contests and games for students of all abilities. Intramural sports include volleyball, tennis, basketball, and softball.
Past fitness class offerings have included Power Yoga, Cardio Strength, and Zumba classes.
In addition, strength trainer Al Calogero teaches a number of fitness classes available to students for credit.
